Pallidus provides tailor-made debt funding, placement and advisory services to mid and large corporate clients. We specialise in developing solutions and raising debt capital from both bank and non-bank sources, consisting of institutional investors, asset managers, pension funds, development finance institutions (DFIs), high-net-worth individuals and trade finance providers. This is a distinctive response to the market’s need for client-focused and dedicated advice.

We help our clients to raise capital, implement refinancing solutions, issue listed or unlisted debt instruments and access alternative and structured solutions. As an independent advisor to our clients, we examine all funding options and potential capital providers. Our dedication to integrity and unbiased preference for specific finance providers leads us to be fully aligned to our clients’ objectives.

Our unique approach and market position allows us to develop solutions for our clients which meet their individual needs. These solutions include:

  • enabling corporate clients to raise funding through the trade of debt securities (including listed or unlisted corporate bonds, convertible bonds, commercial paper or promissory notes, securitisation, and asset-backed securities) (Debt Capital Markets); and
  • providing short to medium term private debt to corporate clients (Principal Lending).

Innovation is at the core of what we do and our understanding of our clients’ needs, as well as our experience and expertise, enable us to deliver market-leading solutions in all areas of lending.

As a result of our unique position and approach, Pallidus also provides opportunities to selected investors, seeking attractive returns with exposure to various industries, to participate in private debt investments.
