The Matlosana Medical Health Services Group (MMHS), is a health services group in Klerksdorp, with two acute hospitals (Wilmed Park Hospital and Sunningdale Hospital), a day hospital (Daleside Day Hospital), and a private psychiatric hospital (Parkmed Neuro Clinic).

MMHS wished to provide its current shareholders with an opportunity to realise some value by introducing a new shareholder, without compromising the level of healthcare offered by the group.

Outcome

Pallidus assisted MMHS with the successful acquisition by the Lenmed Group (100% black-owned), realising significant value for its shareholders, transforming the healthcare industry, and strategically aligning itself to offer exceptional healthcare.
