The real deal. Just remotely
There is little doubt that the lock-down decreed by our President on Monday will significantly change our lives and the way we do business for the foreseeable future. South Africans do however have a long history of remarkable resilience in times of crisis.
As always, Pallidus is committed to make a positive contribution towards South Africa, our stakeholders and our community. Pallidus supports and is committed to implement all the government regulations and guidance procedures. We have thus implemented the required measures to assist in flattening the curve, whilst we are working to make our small contribution to keep the South African economy going.
Our physical offices have been closed since 25 March 2020 and will remain closed until the end of the lock-down period.
The first business principle of Pallidus has always been “Our clients’ interests always come first”. We are committed to live up to that commitment and to provide you with the best service and support, even during this time of lock-down.
Pallidus is doing everything in our power to ensure that our services continue to meet your business needs. The entire Pallidus team is fully accessible to you by means of virtual online meetings, emails and telephone calls. In addition to that, service providers such as law firms, as well as regulatory and tax advisors remain available to ensure that transactions can still be concluded.
We have seen a great resolve from our clients to not only continue to do business, but to use this time to increase efficiencies and test working within a new, sometimes virtual environment.
We also welcome the opportunity for our employees and clients, who are always extremely busy, to spend some quality time with their families. May this be a blessed time for all employees, clients, stakeholders and friends.
This reminds us of the song Run by Collective Soul.
